What information should I include in my message?

Please include:

What you were trying to do
What happened (error messages, unexpected results)
Your device (mobile/desktop) and browser name

What should I NOT send in my message?

For your security, please do NOT share:

Passwords or login credentials
Bank details or credit card information
Full ID numbers or sensitive personal information

Our tools are designed to work in your browser and we do not need such data to help you.

Who reads my messages and what happens to them?

Messages are handled directly by the EasyTools.tech team. We:

Read every message personally
Use feedback to fix issues and improve tools
Prioritize new tool development based on user requests
Never share your messages or contact info with third parties
Delete messages after 90 days unless needed for ongoing support

What are your support hours?

We provide support during these hours (Pakistan Standard Time):

Monday - Friday: 9:00 AM - 11:00 PM
Saturday - Sunday: 10:00 AM - 10:00 PM
