- Tell us which tool you were using, what you were trying to do, and what happened. If possible, include the device (mobile/desktop) and browser name.
- What should I not send?
- Please do not share passwords, bank details, full ID numbers or any highly sensitive personal information. Our tools are designed to work in your browser and we do not need such data to help you.
- Who reads my messages?
